York Design Group

At York Design Group, I work closely with the graphics and marketing departments to create a wide range of consumer-facing materials for the RoomMates and WallPops brands. My role spans both licensed and non-licensed content, collaborating with iconic brands such as Disney, Universal, Marvel, and DC.

My responsibilities include designing print collateral such as packaging, roll labels, catalogs, and roomsets, as well as developing digital marketing assets like social media content, emails, web banners, and Amazon A+ content. I also support the sales team by creating merchandising tools, including plan-o-grams, signage, in-store renderings, PowerPoint presentations, and trade show displays.

Additionally, I created product photography for RoomMates, producing imagery used across print and digital platforms to ensure accurate visual representation of our products. I collaborate closely with the team to select the strongest photography and design elements that best bring each concept to life.

Wallpops Logo Design

Tasked to generate logo ideas for a redesign of the Wallpops brand. A logo was selected and given to a senior designer within the company to finalize and create a brand guide. Based on the direction the company wanted to take the line. I took inspiration from other design brands such as Anthropologie, Tiffinay & Co., Rejuvenation, and Crate & Barrel. The design was based around the font Reckless Neue Heavy from the type foundry, Displaay Type. I felt that an excellent pairing for this font would be Acumin Pro Regular, designed by Robert Slimbach for the Adobe Originals type foundry.
